Company Car Scheme

Employees have the option to lease up to 2 brand new vehicles for their choice for a period of 6 months, after which they have the option to lease a new vehicle or exit the scheme.

Discounted servicing, MOT’s and parts

Employees receive discounts on any servicing, MOT’s or parts that are purchased through the business.

Discounted vehicle

Once a year employees can purchase a vehicle at cost + £250.  

Flexible holiday

The flexible holiday scheme allows employees to increase their holiday allowance by up to 5 days in any one year (pro rata for part time employees). This scheme is operated through salary sacrifice which allows employees to save on tax and NI contributions.

Reward Portal

The Norton Way reward portal is available to all employees on completion of their probationary period. The portal offers a wide range of retail discounts including shopping and days out. Also available are discounted gym memberships available at a wide variety of local gyms. You will also have access to a holiday concierge service who can either try and find a better price if you have already found a holiday or can find the best price based on your requirements.

Employee Assistance Programme

The Company offers an Employee Assistance Programme available to all employees on completion of their probationary period. This allows employees to access full support on any personal or family issues this includes counselling, guidance and information.

Eye care

Free eye tests are available for employees whose VDU usage makes up a significant part of their day. 

Recommend a friend

If an employee recommends a friend for a vacancy in the business and they are offered the position you will receive £250 once they have started their job with the Company.
 

Pensions

The Company offers a standard life pension scheme for all eligible employees to help save for retirement. They will receive a pack with full details of the pension scheme within 3 months of commencing employment. During this period you will be automatically enrolled into the scheme.

Christmas Savers club

The Christmas savers club allows employees to have a set amount of money deducted directly from their salary on a monthly basis. This is then saved for you prior to being returned at the beginning of December in preparation for Christmas shopping or whatever else you are saving for.

Employee Award

Every quarter we run an employee award scheme which is nominated for by the Managers based on who they feel deserves the award for that quarter. 

Service Award

Service awards are issued bi-annually to any employee who reaches 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of employment in each calendar year. Service awards recognise employee commitment and dedication to the business.
