Established in 1989 Norton Way Motors is a family run company representing Honda, Mazda, Peugeot, Nissan, Skoda and Kia with dealerships in West London and Hertfordshire.

We believe in ‘being the best’ and we only want the best to work with us, we are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join us at our Head Office in Letchworth Garden City just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. 

Assisting the HR department with the day to day administration with a particular emphasis on recruitment we require a methodical, organised individual with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities 

  • To control the day to day administration of the HR team assisting with recruitment, end to end processes and performance management activities.
  • Checking of employment documentation
  • Administrative support for benefits
  • References
  • To provide statistical data based on your areas of control.
  • General quality administration
  • Assisting with the aim to become paper free in 2018

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous HR experience in a recruitment based role is preferred although not essential, we will consider candidates with a strong administrative background.
  • Excellent data entry skills with an eye for detail
  • A high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent customer and interpersonal skills
  • A desire to expand and improve process.
  • Positive outlook and a can do attitude
  • Methodical, organised with a high attention to detail
